UFO EJECTA

Jacques Vallee is a widely respected UFO researcher know for his scientific approach to the field.  A short bio is listed on his website.

Jacques F. Vallée is a principal at Documatica Financial, LLC and a diversified investor with a passion for technology startups in space development, medical equipment and information management. He earned a Bachelors Degree in mathematics from the Sorbonne, a Masters Degree in astrophysics from Lille University and a PhD in Computer Science /AI from Northwestern University (1967).Based in Silicon Valley, Jacques has served as a founder and general partner in five venture funds, including NASA’s “Red Planet Capital”. Among the companies for which he spearheaded early-stage financings, fourteen achieved IPOs, notably Electronics for Imaging, Accuray Systems (developers of the “Cyberknife” for cancer surgery), NeoPhotonics (Nanotechnology for optical networks), Mercury Interactive, P-Com, Isocor, Regeneration Technologies, Harmonic Lightwaves, Ixys, Integrated Packaging, E.Piphany, Sangstat Medical, Com21 and Synaptic Pharmaceuticals, specialized in neurotransmitter biology. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of many of these firms.

Jacques Vallee discusses at length the notion of UFO ejecta in the video link here. The basic premise he presents is that there are three types of UFO meta-material. There are UFO implants which have been found in and surgically removed from humans. There are parts and or debris leftover from UFO crashes which have been recovered but are not available to the public and there is ejecta from UFO encounters. It is this UFO ejecta which has been available to the public and has to some extent been tested in labs.

The UFO ejecta is a type of metal alloy or slag which is ejected from a UFO encounter in which the UFO in question is usually seen to be in some kind of distress.

It is pointed out in the article accompanying the linked video:

The 3 most relevant points to be extracted from this presentation are:
  1. Some of these metal materials are seen to contain trace levels of elements (and isotope of said elements) which no man-made or terrestrial metals would be expected to contain. Are these contaminants or purposefully introduced (i.e. engineered)?
  2. The technical analysis needs to be expanded through the use of several instruments to arrive at more precise composition levels –no analysis from a single instrument or method is fully reliable.
  3. An aggressive program or search for additional samples needs to be conducted in order to reach a general picture of the entire problem.

Speaking about one such sample of ejecta we are told, '...it would cost trillions of dollars just to produce 1 cubic centimeter of metal, re-engineered with the kind of isotopic levels they have observed in the lab, because it would mean artificially separating the isotopes and recombining them to different ratios.'

Given this level of difficulty in back engineering UFO meta-material it appears it may take a bit longer to develop that new battle tank then the U.S. Army and Tom DeLonge had first estimated.

In short Vallee points out that from what we are able to tell so far this UFO ejecta is put together in such a way that it couldn't have been formed from anything in our physical Universe. This leaves us with the only one option. The UFO ejecta formed in some other dimension. Hence the interdimensional  hypothesis.

From Wikipedia we learn:
The interdimensional hypothesis (IDH or IH), is an idea advanced by Ufologists such as Jacques Vallée that says unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and related events involve visitations from other "realities" or "dimensions" that coexist separately alongside our own. It is not necessarily an alternative to the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) seeing as the two hypotheses are not mutually exclusive so both could be true simultaneously. IDH also holds that UFOs are a modern manifestation of a phenomenon that has occurred throughout recorded human history, which in prior ages were ascribed to mythological or supernatural creatures.[1]

This is theory that does make sense, especially when we consider the analytical data retrieved from some of the recovered implants and the degrees of complexity in the metallurgy of the UFO meta-material that has been made available. As Vallee points out in his presentation science has made great progress in their ability to measure isotopes in metal samples  in just the last ten or twenty years. As a result we are finding that this UFO ejecta  that has been studied is far more complicated then previously realized.

Whether we are talking about UFO implants, meta-material, or ejecta; it seems the more we know the more we don't know.
