CATTLE MUTILATIONS AND MISSING PEOPLE

For the sake of this post I'm just pointing out some similarities I have observed between cattle mutilations and missing people. Specifically I would like to look just at the cattle mutilation and missing person cases that took place on or near National Parks or Federally owned lands. This is in no way a scientific study but just more of a casual observation that I believe deserves further research and discussion.

I see three primary correlations. Number one, a complete or nearly complete lack of evidence at the crime scene. Number two, victims bodies staged or unnaturally located. Number three, a coordinated effort to attack and de-legitimize and impede independent investigation into the crimes.

From topsecretwriters.com, in reference to David Paulides work on missing people in National Parks, we are told:

"A number of missing person cases, grouped together in 35 clusters in and around wilderness areas, particularly national parks, defy conventional explanations. Many of them involve young children or teenagers who simply vanish without a trace.

A few have been found hours later, many miles away, at such a distance over rugged country that it would not be reasonable for them to have gotten there in the time allotted. Some are missing clothing and have horrible scratches on their bodies. All seem to lack memory of what exactly happened to them."

There seems to be a long history of cattle mutilations taking place on government land. The following story from desert.com back in April of 1996 points to this trend.

For 50 years Bicknell rancher Bliss Brinkerhoff has had a cattle operation in Wayne and Garfield counties, where his animals graze on the public lands. During most of years his ranching was pretty routine.

Then in 1989, Brinkerhoff found two cows that had been mutilated and killed on the range. Again, three years later, three more animals died under similar circumstances. Now, he has found two cows killed and mysteriously mutilated.

Brinkerhoff reported to authorities that the animals were recently found by his son, David, who is also involved in the livestock operation. They run their cattle during winter months on Bureau of Land Management-administered public lands in eastern Garfield County west of the Henry Mountains and north of Lake Powell.

One mutilated cow was found about 10 miles northwest of Ticaboo and another 15 miles southwest of Starr Springs, Brinkerhoff said. Ticaboo is near the Bullfrog Basin of Lake Powell and the Starr Springs are near the south end of the Henry Mountains.

Brinkerhoff told authorities there were no signs of the animals struggling. There was no blood, and entrails had been removed, he said.

Adding to the mystery, the younger Brinkerhoff could not find any tracks near the animals. He said there was no evidence of tracks from either vehicles, humans, horses or cattle.

Garfield County Deputy Sheriff Monte Luker of Escalante is investigating the cattle mutilations. But an officer at the sheriff's office in Panguitch reported there has been no conclusion as to how the animals were killed.

As these two accounts point out whether with cattle or people the crimes scenes leave far more questions then answers. Mutilated cattle are found dead in their tracks without a drop of blood to be seen. Missing or dead victims from the National Park disappearances are found miles away at impossibly steep locations without shoes but their feet having shown no signs of injury from the journey. If they are lucky enough to be found alive victims are often confused and have no memory of what happened.

Finally, official investigators seem to go out of their way to mock the curious who simply ask questions.

Following is typical response by law enforcement to the crime of cattle mutilations. Source hbo-tv.com

The Hannibal TV Lead Reporter Devon "Hannibal" Nicholson discusses the mysterious killing and mutilations of 5 young bulls worth about 7k each found at Silvies Valley Ranch in Oregon within a 24 hour period on July 30-31 2019 with State Police and US Forest Service investigation still having no leads regarding to who perpetrated the crimes over 2 months later. Authorities have ruled out poisoning and predators in the deaths as the cuts that were made were very precise with no claw or teeth type marks on the animals and the blood drained. Law enforcement suspects the bulls were killed likely by humans however the was not trace of bullets or struggle. According to Northwest Public Broadcasting who took the picture in this video Aliens have not been ruled out.

From mysteriousuniverse.org finding information on missing persons cases in National Parks is likely to get even harder then it is now.

A recent proposal made by the Interior Department could potentially make it more difficult to request and obtain public records, in a move some transparency advocates are calling a potential violation of the Freedom of Information Act.

David Paulides, author of a number of books on people who have vanished in National Parks, Tweeted about the proposed changes.

“For 9 yrs I’ve explained how the DOI demanded $1.4 mil for a list of missing people from our parks,” Paulides wrote. “They have abused, ignored and now want to change the FOIA.”

“The National Park Service is not what the public perceives and is fed via advertising,” Paulides said. In his books, Paulides has discussed the exorbitant fees the National Park Service requested from him in the past, in response to a request for details on people who have vanished on U.S. federal land.

According to an AP report, the changes for 2019 proposed by the Interior would affect “wording authorizing staff to reject records requests they deem ‘unreasonably burdensome’ and impose monthly limits on the number of FOIA requests that can be filed by an individual. The proposal would also replace the phrase “time limit” in the agency’s FOIA regulations with the term ‘time frame,’ a subtle change critics worry might allow staff to treat FOIA’s legally required time limits as mere guidelines.”

If we can't even get transparency when it comes to the crimes of cattle mutilation or of disappearing people in National Parks but instead face ridicule and outright opposition in response to any independent investigation or even curiosity it would seem ridiculous to expected UFO disclosure from those same actors.
